Vaultagebankz, LLC ("vaultagebankz," "we") operates rentable power-bank charging stations for venues. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a quote, join the waitlist, or contact us, we receive what you send: your name, email address, phone number, and venue or business details.
• Rental payments. Rentals are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Card details go directly to Stripe and are handled under Stripe's privacy policy — we do not see or store full card numbers.
• Basic site data. Our host may log standard technical data (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To respond to quote requests and venue inquiries.
• To send launch updates you asked for (waitlist).
• To operate stations, prevent fraud, and comply with the law.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop sending you updates, by emailing us at the address below.

Children

Our site and stations are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll post the new version here with a new "last updated" date.
